Wellness consent summary
Saunatech wellness tracking is optional. We only start tracking wellness information after you actively agree to this consent.
When you enable wellness tracking, we may record information connected to your sauna use, such as completed sauna sessions, session duration, temperature preferences, achievements, streaks, wellness insights, and similar progress information.
Some of this information may reveal details about your health or wellbeing. Depending on how you use the service, it may be treated as sensitive or special-category personal data under applicable privacy laws.
We use wellness information to show your progress, personalize wellness features, calculate achievements, and help you review your sauna habits inside Saunatech. We do not use wellness information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Wellness tracking is not a medical service. The information and insights we show are for personal wellness features only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
You can withdraw wellness consent from Settings at any time. Withdrawal stops new wellness tracking. You can also request deletion of stored wellness data from Settings; eligible wellness data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days unless we must keep limited information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or audit reasons.
This consent works together with the Privacy Policy, which explains how Saunatech handles personal data more broadly.
What you agree to when enabling wellness tracking
By selecting I agree and enable tracking, you consent to Saunatech processing wellness information for the feature-scoped purposes described above.
This consent is separate from the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy acceptance required for using Saunatech generally. You can use Saunatech without enabling wellness tracking.
How to withdraw or delete wellness data
You can manage wellness consent in Settings. From there you can withdraw consent, request deletion of wellness data, and review the current consent document.
When you withdraw consent, new wellness tracking stops. Existing wellness information may remain visible while the deletion request is processed or unless you separately request deletion.
