SMS Verification Terms
These SMS Verification Terms govern only the use of SMS messages for one-time phone verification codes used to confirm your phone number and protect access to your Saunatech account.
- These terms apply only to one-time verification codes sent by SMS for account security and phone verification.
- By requesting an SMS verification code, you confirm that you are authorized to use the phone number you provide and consent to receive a one-time verification SMS at that number for this limited purpose.
- This consent does not authorize marketing messages, promotions, booking updates, reminders, owner or customer communications, general account notifications, overdue payment notifications, collections outreach, push-notification replacement, or other non-verification texts.
- Saunatech may use third-party providers such as Twilio to deliver verification SMS messages.
- Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Verification codes expire after the limited time shown in the Services or in the message itself. Do not share your verification code with anyone.
- Delivery may be affected by your carrier, device settings, local network conditions, country or regional restrictions, or other factors outside Saunatech's control.
- If you do not consent to SMS verification, if you reply with STOP, or if you otherwise block verification messages, SMS-based phone verification may not be available for your account and features that depend on a verified phone number may not work.
- You may be able to use email verification instead where supported by the Services.
- Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
- To operate SMS verification and protect accounts, Saunatech may process your phone number, consent records, verification requests and attempts, related security metadata such as timestamps, IP address, and user agent, and provider delivery records where applicable.

These terms supplement our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service and are versioned separately from those documents and our Cookie Policy.
