SMS Verification Terms

These SMS Verification Terms govern only the use of SMS messages for one-time phone verification codes required to confirm your account and protect your access to Saunatech.

By requesting an SMS verification code, you consent to receive that one-time SMS for the purpose of account verification and security.

These terms are versioned separately from our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Cookie Policy.

1. Scope of these terms

  • These terms apply only to one-time verification codes sent by SMS for account security.
  • This consent does not authorize marketing messages, promotions, reminders, overdue payment notifications, collections outreach, or other operational texts.

2. Delivery and providers

  • Saunatech may use third-party providers such as Twilio to deliver verification SMS messages.
  • Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Your choices

  • If you do not consent to SMS verification, phone verification via SMS may not be available for your account.
  • You may be able to use email verification instead where supported by the Services.
  • If you reply with STOP, you may block additional SMS messages from Saunatech, and SMS-based verification may no longer work for your account.
