Refunds & Cancellations
Saunatech provides a booking and operations platform. Sauna sessions and on-site services are provided by independent operators and venues.
The guidance below is a general default summary and may be adjusted by venue-specific House Rules or mandatory local consumer law.
When you complete a booking, you should review the specific venue terms shown at checkout because those terms may include additional cancellation windows, fee rules, or conditions tied to special events and private sessions.
Default cancellation and refund summary
- If a booking is cancelled 24 hours or more before the start time, the customer is generally eligible for a full refund of amounts paid.
- If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the start time, the operator may charge a cancellation fee up to the booking price.
- If an operator/venue cancels a booking, the customer is generally eligible for a full refund of amounts paid.
- No-shows are generally not refundable.

- Venue-specific House Rules and booking terms can apply and may override default rules.
- Mandatory local law may provide additional rights that override platform defaults.
- Refund timing can depend on payment provider processing times.
- If a charge is disputed, temporary hold periods or payment provider review processes may affect payout/refund timing.

How refunds are handled
- Where a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method whenever possible.
- Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refunded amount to your account.
- Partial refunds may apply where required by venue policy, package structure, or applicable law.
- Saunatech can assist with support and case handling, while venue operators remain responsible for service delivery decisions.
